Though we will utilize job boards and fully vet the “active” candidates that apply, we will focus more on actively recruiting the elusive “passive” candidates from our networks and database that’s been built over nearly two decades of recruitment in FDA regulated industries and Food & Beverage CPG.

While all searches differ, we engage in a full vetting process with an average of 300 candidates per retained search project. Those hundreds of hours are invested to ensure you get to see the best of the best for the opportunity, and to ensure those presented candidates are fully vetted for functional and cultural fit. Soft skills are one of the top predictors of on-the-job success, and are notoriously difficult to screen for. The GIGG® is capable of fully vetting your candidates’ overall fit, well beyond what is on the resume.
